HCB | Dinner with Prof. Dr. Hamid Aït Abderrahim on 17th November 2014
As announced during our Gala dinner last week, our Club is hosting a conference dinner with Prof. Dr. Hamid Aït Abderrahim on Monday 17th November in Brussels. He will be speaking about the role of the nuclear energy in today's energy mix and the perspectives for the future of this energy source.
This dinner will take place on: Monday, 17th November 2014, at 7:30 pm, at the University Foundation, 16, rue d’Egmontstraat, B - 1000 Brussels
Prof. Dr. Hamid Aït Abderrahim is specialized in reactor physics, reactor dosimetry, nuclear fuel cycle, partitioning and transmutation of high level nuclear waste and nuclear reactor technology. Since 2010, he is the Deputy Director-General of SCK-CEN, the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre. He is partner and coordinator of various international projects of the European Commission, especially in France. He is also members of numerous renowned nuclear sciences society.
